Damien Menut Gamay 2021

A fabulous depth and whispery structure in this gamay, quite intense but not overly serious. None of the usual candied fruit character but a cool currant and cherry fruit instead. Très Pinot, really. Glides so easily on the palate with a captivating inner mouth perfume as time wears on. Hard to put this glass down. No SO2 added.
