The adventure of Champagne Les Freres Mignon began in 2015 when 2 young and talented brothers Florent and Julien Mignon created their Domaine in Cramant. Most of their wines are made with Chardonnay, with vines from three villages on the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cuis and Cramant. Their estate is managed biodynamically and the Cuis highlights the chalky expression of the terroir. A stunning champagne with a hint of salinity!
