"A collaboration beer with our favorite hop farm Coleman Hops in Oregon, USA. Brewed using only hops from Coleman Hops. It represents spreading good vibes to the world while resonating and connecting with each other.

DDH DIPA was brewed using only hops grown by our favorite Coleman Hops in Oregon. It is an honor to have the opportunity to collaborate with us because it is a hop farm that we really love. We used the latest lot of ultra-fresh pellet hops that were air-shipped at the fastest speed. About the Producer

Nestled in the valleys of Hokuto in Yamanashi Prefecture, Uchu Brewing started its life as an organic farm. During a trip to the US to learn more about agriculture, the founder
Kusunose-san was inadvertently inspired by the Craft Brewing scene there. Upon his return, he decided to learn more about brewing and to eventually start a brewery. Uchu Brewing represents the cutting edge of beer in Japan, featuring hop-driven beers and smoothie sours. Their beers are commonly sold out on the same day of release in Japan.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
