Two Flints x Seagrove Public Fun Fact Cold IPA

Inspired by trying the OG versions from the West Coast, the idea was to give a Cold IPA a go with good friends Seagrove Public in Copenhagen. With a lean malt bill including 30% rice and fermented warm with a German lager strain, Cascade, Columbus cryo and a brand new hop varietal Zumo were added. It’s dry, crisp, and full of tangy grapefruit, orange zest and pine with a clean bitterness. A perfect thirst quencher for our hot weather!
