Zero dosage champagne blended with Pinot Noir (40%) Pinot Meunier (30%) and Chardonnay (30%). Incredible Champagne. The grapes come from three separate plots with northeast to north exposure, on clay-limestone and sandy-limestone soils. The nose is fruity, the palate is savory, vertical and with a good structure. Wine that does not go unnoticed!
