An extremely limited, one of a kind gin made by Tatsumi-San of Tatsumi Distillery in collaboration with THE HERBALIST YASO from Niigata Prefecture.
In addition to the original blend of shochu and juniper, this incorporates a spirit made of 80 different wildflowers with 20 more botanicals leading to an even more aromatic, fresh, flavourful and decadent gin.
