Speck Of Dust is the latest from their Mixed-Culture project. It is a golden ale with black sour cherries. 

Pouring a stunning, vivid garnet hue with jammy cherry notes, look for a subtle hint of earth and undertones of Brettanomyces (wild yeast).

The sour cherries bring a sharp and cutting acidity to the first sip whilst a lasting feeling on the back of the palate makes you go back for more.
