Viognier

Old-vine Viognier with as much purity and soulfulness as the name suggests. A skin-contact natural wine made from 100% Viognier grapes grown on clay and limestone around Cortona, Tuscany. Extended maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Aged in stainless steel and used wooden barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.

Wonderful energy and bite, with enticing notes of dried orange peel, apricot, acacia and woody spice.
