Made with locally grown organic rice polished to only 80% and made with the traditional Kimoto method using wild yeast. Sweet, and nutty with pleasing bitterness and a yoghurty character. Delicious!

The leading light in natural sakes, and one of the rare natural sake breweries around, Masaru Terada is the 24th generation kuramoto of an almost 350 year old brewery. As such, he believes in making sakes that hark back to centuries past. The brewery employs kimoto and ancient bodai-moto methods, using natural yeasts that inhabit the air.

Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
