Minoh PaPa Zaru lager is a dark lager with savoury toasty malt biscuit flavours, a touch of barley sweetness and gentle aromas of noble hops. Slow fermentation and aging at low temperature gives it a nice round finish. Brewed once a year! 
About the Producer

Minoh Beer was founded in 1996 by Masaji Oshita who was at the time the owner of a liquor shop in Osaka. He wanted more interesting beer varieties in Japan and after the brewing laws changed in 1994, he was able to establish a small craft beer brewery of his own. He chose the city of Minoh in north-western Osaka, famous for its national parks and wild monkeys.
