Wild Ale made with white wine grapes, named after Topher and Bernadette's first daughter
St Florence: Semillon, M&J Becker was made by blending barrel aged golden mixed culture fermentation ale with 300kg of organic handpicked, whole bunch Semillon from the Ablington vineyard in Pokolbin, NSW. After a five month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature for 6 months before release.
Tasting notes by Meesh: Holding a beautiful fluffy white head, St Florence presents with gentle green apple, peach and citrus character from the beautiful Semillon fruit, met with a pleasant level of funk. On the palate it is soft and brimming with fruit, carrying through some fruit weight which gives it the illusion of sweetness. Silky in texture and beautifully integrated, there's a herbal element there too, plus some skinsy spice and gentle oak on the finish.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
