Now You Don't is the twin of Now You See Me, with the same dry hop regimen but a different yeast strain to give it that West Coast IPA style twist (actually it's just 3470 like all of our other WC soooooooo). Now You Don't brings Now You See Me vibes of pineapple and mango, with citrus hits and wood/pine/dank to the endgame. Delicious!

 
About the Producer

Founded by Hop Dude Derrek Burston, West Coast Brewing is a Shizuoka-based brewery that aims to bring modern American beers to Japan. Derrek's journey began with his craft beer bar Twelve, which led to him importing beers and later brewing his own from 2019. Playful and vibrant, his beers are hop forward and ever changing with the latest and freshest hops.
