An Autumn seasonal release, this Hiyaoroshi Muroka Genshu is dry and crisp with delicate notes of toasted almond and freshly steamed rice. A masterpiece by Noguchi-Toji san, releasing an expertly conceived autumnal sake in his 76th year of brewing! Pairs well with mushroom dishes (and other autumnal dishes!).

About the Producer

Noguchi Toji, now 88 years old, has been a Toji since the young age of 27. He has won 27 Gold Medals at the Annual Japan Sake Awards among uncountable other awards over his career and was even presented with the prestigious Yellow Medal of Honor for Master Craftsmanship by the Emperor of Japan.

Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
