At his farm in Wiltshire, Hugo Stewart keeps one of the few biodynamic vineyards in England. To grow healthy grapes this way, in this climate takes something special.

In Hugo’s case, that comes from years of experience in biodynamic farming and wine growing that has taken him to the Languedoc and back. Add Daniel Ham - who ranks among England’s best winemakers - to the equation and you get something exceptional.

Back in 2003, Hugo co-founded Les Clos Perdus, a small estate in the Languedoc with biodynamic farming at its core. It wasn’t until 2016 when he was back in Wiltshire that he took all that he had learned in France and planted Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc on the family farm. Organic and biodynamic from the beginning, the south-facing, chalky site is home to more than 20 species of grass, clover, legumes and herbs, with sheep roaming between the vines. It is a healthy, natural environment with living soils and it yields wines that crackle with energy and character.

Daniel Ham makes the wine on the farm. He has a hands-off approach fermented with wild yeasts and the judicious use of oak and amphorae for ageing. No sulphur is added and the wine is unfiltered. It’s all about expressing the vineyard and vintage as truly as possible.

Made with skill and care from fruit of the highest quality, Domaine Hugo’s wines have a natural depth of flavour to balance their freshness and elegance. They are the closest thing England has to a true, fine grower Champagne.

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
