Domaine Hugo HUGO Rosé 2022
Wiltshire // England, UK
A blend of Chardonnay 57%, Pinot Noir 22%, Pinot Meunier 16%, Pinot Gris 5%. Pressed using a traditional Coquard basket press. A natural ferment with no added sulphur or yeast. The wine was fermented in 5/6 fill Burgundy barrels. A barrel of red wine was made of half and half Pinot Noir and Meunier, which was blended in at 10% to the base wine. Wine moved and bottled by gravity. No filtration. Disgorged January 2025 with no dosage after 18 months on lees. No sulphites added.
A chance encounter between Hugo Stewart & Daniel Ham in 2018 was the spark for Domaine Hugo, the second collaboration of Hugo’s twenty year journey into wine. Dan heads up the winemaking, with Hugo concentrating on the biodynamic viticulture. A shining example of how the future of wine should look in the UK: Hugo's attention to detail in the vineyards and Daniel's commitment to terroir driven wines are a powerful combination.

Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.
There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.
1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.
Wrong Addresses or No Recipients
Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
