100% Petit Manseng. A beautiful expression with a deep orange colour. Complex, with good tannins. Destemmed and macerated 21-28 days, and aged 1 year in terracotta amphora. Regular punching down during fermentation, then blending of the press and free-run juices. Small and mighty. A team favourite!
