Champagne Absolue Terre by Elise Dechannes is the result of 100% Pinot Noirs coming from vineyards owned by the family in Les Riceys, a village in the Aube also known for the AOC Rose des Ricey and Coteaux Champenois. Product of a single harvest, this Blanc de Noirs vinifies and ages in terracota jars for 10 months, no dosage added. Bright and golden, the nose opens and amazes with generosity of aromas and a nice taut finish. Limited production, only 1849 bottles produced.
