The flagship cuvée of the estate, Le Gamin du Terroir is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay⎯all from from old vines on the steep, chalk-rich slopes of Aÿ and neighbouring Premier Cru parcels. 

The grapes were pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged on the lees in barrels for 1 year followed by a longer rest in the bottle. Following tirage, the wine is re-fermented a la Champagne method by adding reserved grape must from the same vintage and of course, there is zero dosage. 

The Pinots lend depth and fruit whilst the Chardonnay adds lift and precision. This lovely bubbly opens with bright notes of citrus peel, white flowers and green apple, evolving into layers of brioche and a delicate saline minerality. 
About the Producer

Romain and Pascal Henin, is the story of Champagne that is handed down from generation to generation. Romain has now taken over the family estate completely from the 2022 vintage and this is his first release under his stewardship. La Bulle Libre L'Odysee Petillantes Chapitre 1 literally translates to A Sparkling Odyssey (Chapter 1).

The three chaps on the label are Romain, his brother Thomas and his right hand man Vincent. The estate name has now been rebranded to La Bulle Libre, replacing the previous Pascal Henin label.

Doorstep Delivery

Standard Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery on orders $100+ within 3 working days. For this option, we are unable to guarantee chilled delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $150+, or $25 flat fee. Orders are delivered from 12pm - 8pm. Next day delivery cut off is at 12pm. Orders must be placed by 12pm to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. No 'next day' delivery on Sundays; only 1-hour deliveries apply. 'Next day' orders placed after Friday 12pm will be fulfilled on Monday.

There will be no next-day deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or days that the store is closed, unless otherwise announced online.

1-Hour Delivery
Complimentary delivery on orders $300+, or $35 flat fee. Orders are delivered between 12pm - 4pm. Place order by 3pm latest to receive within the hour. Orders placed after 3pm cut off will be delivered the following day. Please expect delays with unfavourable weather conditions.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, particularly for gifts, are entered correctly otherwise additional costs may be incurred.
