Red Semillon is an incredibly rare mutation of the ubiquitous white Semillon, but Yetti and the Kokonut have championed it with this unusual but enticing wine.

Extended skin contact and a mix of whole bunches and destemmed fruit are the basis for this wine, so you know that you're in for something a bit out of the ordinary. The wine leans towards herbaceous and therefore savoury characters, with some red fruits and orange thrown in.

Winemakers David Geyer and Koen Janssens see it as like Campari but without the bitterness, so you can enjoy it straight without a mixer, and even chilled for those relaxing times at the beach.
