It was fermented with a mixture of Wildflower’s house culture of yeast and bacteria foraged from native flowers in NSW as well as a mixed culture pulled from GP’s ‘Chance, Luck and Magic’ spontaneous beer barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIt aged in small and large format oak for 1.5 years before being refermented on choice Tumbarumba Chardonnay from Johansen Vineyards in 2025.
