One of the fantastic champagnes that make up the Thomas Perseval parcel selection from small plots of the Chamery Premier Cru. 100% Chardonnay, planted in 1986, on the middle slope of the hillside, perhaps in the best exposure of the amphitheatre, on clay-limestone soils.
