We have gone and thrown an absolute plethora of hops at this triple dry hopped collab to end all collabs.
Stupid amounts of Wakatu, Strata, Meridian, Zamba, Sativa, NZH 101, NZH 107 & Loriel make up the gargantuan hop bill that is supported by a grain bill consisting of Pale Malt, Triticale, Rolled Wheat and Malted Wheat.
Organising the movements of 18 breweries is quite the task and ‘Herding Cats’ is an apt celebration of this. We are absolutely pumped with how this beer is drinking. The insights and knowledge gained from joining forces with these awesome breweries is worth every painstaking second of organisation!
