Second wine of Château Sénéjac, Haut-Médoc

Owner of the Château Talbot, the Bignon-Cordier family possess the rights over the Château Sénéjac as well. The Petit Senejac, second wine of this highly prized estate, offers loads of contrast and good length with hints of coffee bean, cocoa, cassis and tobacco.

Château Sénéjac is one of the better known Crus Bourgeois  since it was already part of this Medoc classification in 1932. The vineyard of Sénéjac is on a plateau overlooking the town of Pian.

Average age of vines 35 years old

2013: 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc

Aged 8-10 months in oak barrels
