Pool parties, BBQs, sunshine and the sweltering heat of Summer - that's what was in mind when Pat Sullivan built this Rosé. It's made from Pinot Noir from his sister's neighbour's vineyard between the Yarra and Macedon and boy does this cruise its way into the "Summertime-smashing" section of the fridge. Unfined, unfettered Rosé in peak drinking form. As Mike Bennie wrote in his 93 pointreview, "It’s excellent rose, right in the zone. Far out, such good drinking."

Recommended Food Pairing: Light pasta; light salad; light risotto; poached, boiled or lightly seasoned seafood/shellfish; sashimi; mildly seasoned grilled fish; goat cheeses.
