STYLE: Raspberry Peach Coconut Sour

Pastore is kicking off this year's releases with a big lad. They had the crew from Elmeleven in Sweden join them at the back end of last year and they went all out on the abv and adjuncts for this sour. Pianeta Lampone (Raspberry Planet) weighs in at 11%, double mashed & fermented with our fresh sour culture before conditioning on a vast amount of raspberry as well as a little peach and lime and then finished off with toasted coconut and vanilla. The resulting beer is very rich and decadent, jam packed with raspberry flavour with notes of coconut and sweet vanilla as well as the classic Pastore acidity.
