STYLE: Guava Kalamansi Gose

A light pils malt and wheat base beer with sea salt and coriander seeds in the boil. Fermented with our fresh sour mixed culture of Hornindal kveik and lactobacillus and conditioned on a vast quantity of guava and kalamansi purŽe. Tropical and zesty in equal measures, spritzy, vibrant, salty and super refreshing. Kalamansi was very interesting to work with, bringing an incredible array of flavours to the beer (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, kumquat).
