What better way to enjoy a burger than pairing with a cold, crisp lager-style Kolsch? For our latest in the Culinary Concepts series, we’ve teamed up with Singapore’s Off Day to create a lemongrass and lime Kolsch, which pairs perfectly with Honest Burgers’ new Singapore-inspired fried chicken burger. In Singapore, it’s typical to drink a lime juice to wash down a rich and flavoursome dish and this is where we started. There are also few things more refreshing than a cold, crisp lager-style Kolsch but perhaps a twist of lime might just push that refreshment to another level!
