Savoury, fleshy 'House White' from Moric. Moric makes some fantastic Blaufrankisch and fascinating Gruner Veltliner wines. Don't be deceived by Hausmarke - while it's called 'House Wine', this is way above the cut. Slow pressed for gentle skin and colour extraction along with some co-fermented Riesling and Chardonnay. Great combination of pepper Gruner tartness, a fleshy green/ citrus fruit core, and some good palate grip. Biodynamic white goodness.
