Matassa French Disko Rouge 2022

French Disko is a single varietal Cinsault from young vines on limestone, aged for 9 months in cement tanks - winemaker Tom Lubbe ferments as Maceration Carbonique. Bright red fragrant berries, lots of spice and always with the Matassa drinking flow paired with tension. French Disko is a low-tannin, wild beauty and completely enchanted us. Like all natural wines at Matassa, no sulphur or other additives are used.
