Maidenii Sweet Vermouth

This Sweet Vermouth follows Maidenii's tried and tested formula - take a wine from Central Victoria (in this case Cabernet), and infuse it with a exotic mix of botanicals - grapefruit, mace and angelica root. 

Madenii is a cross-continental passion project between a French winemaker, Giles Lapalus, and Australian mixologist, Shaun Bryne. 

The pair wanted to make a Vermouth that offered Australia the perfect negroni - sweet, not overpowering and with a blend of heady aromas. Mix this with equal parts Campari and gin to experience what Maidenii had in mind.
