Arco is the name of one of the two donkeys that help the team, during harvest, on that particularly rocky and steep slope. This wine is simply marvellous with racy acidity and lovely salinity on the finish.

Named after the magnesium limestone rich soils of the area, the Les Dolomies domain was created by Céline Gormally back in 2008. Using biodynamic principles, manual farming with livestock, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and very little sulphur (if any) - the Les Dolomies cuvées are wonderful expressions of each parcel.
