Kuku Sauvignon Blanc 2016 - Temple Cellars

ORIGIN: New Zealand (Marlborough)

GRAPE VARIETAL: Sauvignon Blanc

ABV: 13%

VOL: 750ml

With a winery named after a New Zealand native bush pigeon, KuKu (also known as kereru in Maori), this wine is as 'native' as it gets to NZ whites. A fresh sauvignon blanc with hints of green and flint and suggestions of melon notes, this white wine is refreshing with a good level of acidity that makes it enjoyable on its own or paired with food. Friendly and memorable. Just like New Zealand.

Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled poultry; sashimi and sushi; poached fish; summer salads; goat's cheese & feta.
