Kindeli Primavera Pet-Nat 2021

Origin: Nelson, New Zealand
Grapes: Syrah, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay

The reds were whole-cluster pressed, and the whites were soaked on skins overnight. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tank. At 10g/l of sugar, the wine is chilled, settled, and racked. Delicious fruit, watermelon, strawberries and apples. It’s fun, electric and super enjoyable. Be careful when opening! Let the carbonation slowly out, let the hiss tell you when is safe to fully remove the bottle cap.
