This is Isekado's 4th collaboration brew with Namacha.
This is a delicious experiment inspired by Islay whisky which are known for their peaty or smokey characteristic. Instead of using peat, they've decided to use smoked beer (Isekado's occasional winter brew, the oyster stout) and combine it with oysters! Aged hops and roasted malt are used here. Expect robust smoky aromas, silky texture - thanks to a generous portion of oats -, roasted malt with some fruity notes, accompanied by a subtle hint of the sea. A well-balanced oyster stout with great drinkability in mind.
