This Bianco is a blend of green, blue and pink varieties: skin-macerated Delaware, Steuben and Neo Muscat fermented in amphorae, and whole-bunch fermented Niagara and Rosario Bianco.

Extremely refreshing with juicy exotic fruits beautifully balanced by green and slightly bitter notes.
