100% Muscat Bailey A from Yamanashi prefecture. 20% whole bunch grapes were spread in the bottom of a tank. The rest was destemmed. Skin fermented for 8 days then pressed. Aged in stainless steel vat for 9 months.

Slightly more “normal” Japanese red from Grape Republic which is less crazy/unique than the white. Best to give this a little air, where you’ll find notes of black cherry, plasticine, gummi bears and pepper.
