For those of you not up for spending days on Mary Berry's cake this year, we've solved all your problems. The flavours of this bochet are so close to a Christmas cake you wouldn't believe.

Made by caramelising a portion of the honey and creating deep chocolate and caramel notes then barrel fermented and aged on the lees for three months.
