The Vin de Sofa is a pun on the French wine term Vin de Soif - "Soif means thirsty, sofa means chill". A wine of refreshment to drink anytime (sofa not necessary).

After dreaming of being able to produce Vin de Sofa predominantly from Sangiovese for years, Gareth has finally been able to achieve it and the wine is wonderful for it. It's lip smacking, vibrant and spicy. Made from Sangiovese, Pinot Noir & Syrah, the varieties were fermented separately and blended together after five months of aging.

Pop this in the fridge and enjoy chilled. Couch times, good times! Slurp!
