Japanese winemakers Fattoria Al Fiore's most popular vino. The grape variety is Delaware picked just before fully ripe due. They are de-stemmed and spend 6 days on skins before being aged for 6 months in amphora.

This skin-contact wine has a lovely savoury nose with white plums, preserved lemons and apricot. Quite sleek with a more elevated energy than the more substantial 2018 vintage. As always with Al Fiore’s skin contact whites, this has a lovely saline finish and beautiful, effortless acidity.
