From the 2016 vintage, when we introduced the cat series for the first time, to the 2021 vintage, we have been using Toshinobu Kazama's Delaware from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. However, for Mr. Kazama, who is over 80 years old, it is extremely dangerous to continue to manage the Delaware planted on the steep slopes of Nanyo City. 2021 will be the last vintage of Anko with Mr Kazama!
He uses amphoras and old barrels, and does his best to keep things as simple as possible.
