Lovely skinsy one! 100% Carignan, this white wine comes from the oldest vines on the estate. The result of a long maceration, this orange wine is then aged in casks for 12 months. On the palate, we discover a wine with very expressive aromas. Notes of sap and pine resin accompany candied fruit. The Analepse is original, surprising and all round delicious.

Domaine Les Terres Promises was founded in 2004 in the heart of Provence by Jean-Christophe Comor, an autoaddict and former Professor at Sciences Po. He left Paris to find a more peaceful life in Provence. He cultivates his vines organically without the use of chemical inputs, except a touch of sulphur.
