The medium weight flavors are very much built on the underlying minerality that adds lift to the already wonderfully vibrant, intense and gorgeously textured finish. As is almost always the case this is youthfully austere and understated and this will also require several years before the mid-palate fleshes out sufficiently to merit my projected range. In other words, this isn't a good candidate for early drinking.
