This dry champagne is reminscent of an orchard in late spring, blending floral and fruit notes of ripe apple, white cherry and apricot. The firm backbone of zesty acidity and underlying minerality, with a lingering hint of ginger on the finish gives this elegant sparkling wine a soft and smooth mouthfeel with ripe, sweet lemon flavours balanced by chalky lees. A clean aperitif.
