This is a collaboration between Decideret, Du vin aux Liens and Sons of Wine.

Gewürztraminer grapes from Alsace and Rød Aroma apples from Fyn. The grapes were pressed after 12 days of maceration producing an orange wine that was fermented separately. Rød Aroma were then macerated for 30 days with the grape skins.

Wine from grapes (20 %) and apples (80 %) were blended and bottled with a pinch of freshly pressed Holsteiner Cox apples. GW has perfume for the nose and lots of spices, tropical fruits and a bit of tannin that is balanced out with quenchy acidity from the apples.

Pairs well with vegetable dishes.
