A zesty, funky and zippy coolship wild ale, spontaneously fermented with local cultures and conditioned in barrel over two years. For extra depths of complexity, we blended in our in house foudre solera and conditioned in bottle for another year. You'll get a big funk and herbal nose, with flavours of mango and sweet bright orange, and a smooth and refreshingly tart finish.
