Whites from Auxey-Duresses are known for their mineral-driven and flinty nature, and this expression from Chanterêves is no exception. Balanced by crisp flavors of green apple, almond skin, and toast, the wine’s acid-driven finish makes it perfect for sipping with raw bar favorites. Fruit for this bottle comes from the upper slope of Auxey-Duresses, just next to Meursault’s famed ‘Les Vireuils’ site.
