Olivier Horiot has been a shining beacon in the Champagne region over more recent times, taking his father's Domaine from just producing still wines for the local co-operative to making their own label Champagne.

This Champagne Brut Cuvée Métisse is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Blanc from 6 different vineyards, and is unfiltered and unfined with no dosage. A lively and delicate drop with a nose of plums and red fruits. The palate is alive with flinty minerality.
