Étienne Calsac is one of Champagne's rising stars. In 2010 at the age of 26, he became responsible for his family's domaine: 2.8 hectares of vineyards spread between Avize, Grauves and Bisseuil. His commitment to site specific Champagnes continues to intrigue. This is a new addition to his portfolio, sourced from a family vineyard in the Aube. This is a stunning Blanc de Noirs that is laser focused and will age for many years to come.
