Champagne Elise Dechannes is the result of 100% Pinot Noirs coming from vineyards owned by the family in Les Riceys, a village in the Aube also known for the AOC Rose des Ricey and Coteaux Champenois. The commune of Les Riceys, in addition to being known for its Rosé, with its 866 has vines is the second largest commune in Champagne (after Vertus) by vineyard and is home to some of the most virtuous and histrionic producers of the whole 'Aube. Among these, we find Elise Dechannes, an authentic, proud and tenacious woman who, in 2008, after a degree at Reims Business School and a career in the banking sector, decides to take over her parents' vineyards and realize her dream: to be a vigneron.

Liberte NV is intense and complex aromas of ripe peach, spices, aromatic herbs. Fresh and taut palate with a pure persistent finish. Limited production.
