Champagne Essentielle by Elise Dechannes is the result of 100% Pinot Noirs coming from vineyards owned by the family in Les Riceys, a village in the Aube also known for the AOC Rose des Ricey and Coteaux Champenois.

The Blanc De Noir has a bright colour and fine bubbles. Vinified in steel with indigenous yeasts and minimal use of sulphites. Fresh and elegant, juicy and enveloping with aromas of fresh fruit, peaches, apricots.

Single harvest (2019), aged for at least 18 months and no dosage (brut nature) for this generous champagne.
