Collaboration between Cantina Giardino and Tenuta Vincenzo Nardone, a young winemaker from the region, to establish exchanges and promote the tradition of natural wine in the region.

A wine of two parts fiano: one aged in stainless steel, the other in (old) wood. Of course as always at Cantina Giardino with skin contact.

Typical fiano flavors of curry, with notes of lemongrass or kaffir leaf, daisy, hints of tropical fruit, and stony minerality. Very juicy on the palate with loads of tropical fruit: thin orange juice, pineapple, passion fruit, pear droplet, mango, lychee, pungent citric acidity; further spiciness, lemongrass again and also cinnamon and a long aftertaste of ripe pear. Every sip is a trip to the beach! Sun on the head, sand between the toes....
